Delete your DineXpro account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from the app. This page explains the process, what is deleted, what is retained, and for how long.
How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the DineXpro app on your device.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion by typing DELETE when prompted.
- Verify your identity (password, or your Google/Apple sign-in).
Deletion starts immediately upon confirmation and cannot be undone. You are signed out after submitting the request; the deletion pipeline runs in the background and typically completes within a few minutes. If you sign back in before it finishes, you will see a status page, and in the rare case of a transient error you can retry from there.
What is deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, phone, photo)
- Device push tokens and notification settings
- Staff memberships and permissions
- Loyalty accounts and points
- Session join history and rate-limit records
- Social profile, presence, blocks, and quota records (if you used social features)
- Profile images from storage
- Your authentication account (removed last, after all cleanup succeeds)
What is retained (anonymized)
For legal and operational integrity, some records are kept in anonymized form — your name is replaced with a "Deleted User" marker and identifying details are removed:
- Order history and payment/billing records — anonymized for financial and tax compliance
- Feedback and reviews — your written text is redacted and your identity removed
- Audit events — anonymized for accountability
- Social messages and reports (if you used social features) — your identity is replaced with a deletion marker; your own written content is redacted. Direct-message text expires automatically within 48 hours of sending regardless of deletion.
Anonymized records contain no personally identifiable information.
How long anonymized records are kept

Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app installed and cannot reinstall it, you can request deletion by email: write to support@dinexpro.app from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
